Floating Sushi Boat

Limited staff who understand English so the communication is a bit difficult. It looks a little dingy but the food is good. Not bad if you're stopping for a bite while walking around China Town.

I have to admit the floating sushi boats just makes this place unique. Just becareful what plate you choose each color plate has its price. Its a good place to go if your craving sushi.

Very expensive and it's not the best food. I'm never back again

Perhaps we got lucky or perhaps others are a little harsh. We stopped by after lunch hour and had the place to ourselves. The service wasn't slow but they weren't the most friendly of women we've had serve us. They left us alone but tended to us when we needed them so no complaints there. We ordered fresh rolls and bento boxes and the food tasted fresh and yummy.

The place was great, I loved their selection and service but I think they could have used some additional help for the sushi making. At some point the boats we're running low on sushi.

I'm so sorry i came in here. Not only is the service rude (i was greeted with "what do you want?"), this is the worst sushi i have ever tasted in my life.

If you're Hungry ...this place is Fast

Was hoping for a bigger variety of sushi to hit the boats but it never came. I felt a little bit scared as it felt like the food floating around had been sailing for a while. Still we stayed and ate about 40 bucks worth of sushi. We came we ate we probably won't be back.

Not what expected and actually will never come back again. Food quality terrible.Sushi was not great, teriyaki chicken was tasteless, miso soup and Edamame were awful. Lesson learned, do not eat any Japanese food in Chinatown, regardless of how hungry you are

Lady was sitting at table, and didn't take our order. Waste of time. Would never come back again

If you expect just a little love from waiters just leave - or even don‘t go in there. Service is terrible there - they are so rude. You can find a lot of leftovers on the ground. Even the food is bad. I would recommend you better drive to Japan Town instead for good service and quiet ambient lunch/dinner.

A bit on the pricey side, some of the sushi has been on the boat for quite a while so its a bit dry, bit the fresh ones that come out every once in a while are good. Also got shrimp yaki tori but it was kinda flavorless

Very nice place

Definitely happy with the portion size on the nigiri. Also it's a good place if you want to try new sushi. The tako and unagi were delicious.

WORST Sushi place ever. Prices are expensive, not much variety of sushi, worst of all RUDE staff. Not going back...

Like many others, we were attracted to this place by the sushi boat gimmick. The sushi itself was good quality, and typical to what you'd get at a touristy restaurant. The veggie rolls are decently priced, and I spent less than $20 for dinner.Like many others have also noted, the service leaves a lot to be desired. We came in knowing this and had low expectations as a result. They do add on a mandatory 10% tip at the end which, in this day and age, is appropriate for the level of service received.

Good sushi options, price is a bit high for the quality, tuna is pretty fresh and you have a tons of options with masago.Miss options like sunomono salad and gohan.

Not worth it, expensive and terrible service

Lots of variety. Can watch sushi chef in action. Kind of hard to figure out pricing. Bathroom leaves something to be desired...also they kind of rush you out.

Best place for a super fast lunch. You can sit down & start eating immediately. I've been in & out in 10 mins. Fresh fish.

Worst sushi place in San fransisco. Long wait, dirty place, horrible service, and even got yelled at for an order. Horrible.EDIT:Honestly, don't come here. After my trip, this was the worst decision we made. We spent the most amount of money on the worst quality of food and it truly was horrible. The dish sizes were small, cold, and the service was the worst experience we've ever had. Please don't go here. OTHER EDIT: I'm glad this place shut down. It was the worst experience we've ever had. EVER!

Great sushi! Loved the sushi boats.

Food was delicious. Fish was fresh and the rice was perfect. Staff a little on the gruff side but the food came out on time and we had no major issues.

Really enjoyed sushi here. The staff aren’t the chattiest ones, but fish is very fresh and good quality. Even the one on the floating boats. I would recommend to order freshly cut therefore, but then floating boats are very good too.

The food is good and the place has a charming atmosphere. Our service was just "'okay". We were there for lunch and it can get crowded. Would recommend.

This spot obviously knows how to treat their clients. Always with a very nice demeanor. The food is reasonably priced, always fresh and clean.

Great sushi. Great experience. Perfect location. Walking distance from hotels and friendly atmosphere. Will be returning.
